We regularly recruit for:
- Bar Staff (18+ for bar duties)
- Waiting Staff
- Food Runners
- Kitchen Porters (Pot Washers)
- Other Front of House & Kitchen Support roles
We offer full-time and part-time positions, with both seasonal and permanent opportunities available throughout the year.
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential. If you’re hardworking, eager to learn and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll need
- Be 16+ with a National Insurance number (or 18+ for bar work).
- Be able to travel independently to work. Many of our pubs are in rural locations where public transport can be limited, so reliable transport is essential.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering great customer service. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Providing a warm welcome to every customer
- Serving food and drinks
- Working behind the bar (18+ only)
- Running food to tables
- Clearing tables and keeping the pub clean and tidy
- Supporting the kitchen when required
- Helping maintain clean bar, restaurant and outdoor seating areas
- Working together with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
