The White Hart at Broadoak is looking for a reliable, confident, and customer-focused Keyholder Supervisor to join our friendly team in a beautiful location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading a team, taking responsibility during shifts, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy village pub.
As part of the Quality Inns Family Pubs group, you’ll join one of Gloucestershire’s largest family-run independent pub businesses, offering genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
About the Role
As our Keyholder Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pub. You’ll support the management team, lead shifts with confidence, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and a great experience.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help maintain high standards across the pub while taking responsibility for opening and closing the venue safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the pub safely and securely.
- Take responsibility for the pub during designated shifts.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues confidently.
- Support stock control, deliveries, and cash handling.
- Follow licensing, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Lead by example and help create a positive team environment.
- Work closely with the management team to keep the pub running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or keyholder role.
- Reliable, organised, and confident making decisions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Calm under pressure during busy service periods.
- Comfortable with opening and closing procedures.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Passionate about creating a great pub atmosphere.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and previous supervisory or keyholder experience are essential.
