About the role
You’ll be part of the team delivering a warm, friendly experience for our customers across the bar and restaurant. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and looking after customers
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Taking food and drink to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping the bar, restaurant and outside areas clean and welcoming
- Supporting the wider team during busy services
- Making sure our customers leave happy!
Previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred, ideally at least one year, although we’re also interested in hearing from enthusiastic candidates with the right attitude who are keen to learn and develop. Applicants must be aged 18+ due to alcohol service responsibilities

The Frocester is in a rural location, so please make sure you have reliable transport or another suitable way of getting to and from the pub, including for evening and weekend shifts.
