Quality Inns is a family-run pub group with a number of pubs across Gloucestershire & Devon, and we’re always looking for great people to join our teams.
Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or looking for your first job, we have a range of opportunities across our pubs, including:
- Bar Staff – 18+ for bar duties
- Waiting Staff
- Food Runners
- Chefs & Kitchen Staff
- Kitchen Porters / Pot Washers

We offer full-time and part-time positions, as well as permanent and seasonal opportunities throughout the year.
What we’re looking for
You don’t always need previous hospitality experience. We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, reliable and hardworking
- Positive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a busy team
- Passionate about providing great customer service
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required
You must be 16+ and have a National Insurance number. Applicants must be 18+ for roles involving alcohol service.
As many of our pubs are in rural locations, reliable transport or another dependable way of getting to work is essential.
