A new chapter is coming to Arlingham – and we’re looking for great people to be part of it.
The Old Passage is opening soon, and we’re now building our team.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team and want to help us create a great pub from day one.
Roles we’re recruiting for:
- Bar Staff
- Waiting Staff
- Food Runners
- Chefs
- Kitchen Assistants
- Kitchen Porters / Pot Washers
We expect to have a mixture of full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Who we’re looking for
Hospitality experience is useful for some positions, but it isn’t essential for every role.
More importantly, we’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly and welcoming
- Reliable and hardworking
- Positive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a busy team
- Passionate about giving customers a great experience
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Before you apply
The Old Passage is located in Arlingham, Gloucestershire.
Please consider how you will travel to and from work, particularly for evening and weekend shifts. You must be 16 or over to apply, and some duties and positions may have additional age requirements.
