Head Chef - Full Time
We are looking for a Head Chef who is experienced in quality gastro pub dining; dealing with fresh food, changing menus and who is used to working in a busy pub kitchen. You will take control of the everyday running of the kitchen.
Sous/Trainee Chef - Full Time & Part Time
The Sous/Trainee Chef will be an enthusiastic person, who will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in running one of our busy kitchens.
Bar Staff - Full Time & Part Time
The ideal candidate will promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members. They will approach all work responsibilities with a positive and proactive nature, take food and drink orders and deliver these to our guests with fantastic customer service. They will also be expected to ensure bar stock levels are monitored and rotated, maintain high standards of cleanliness at the bar and in the customer area.
Waiting Staff - Full Time & Part Time
The successful candidate will wait tables within one of our sites, serving food and drinks, clearing and cleaning tables, liasing with customers. Previous experience is an advantage although it is not essential. Good communication and people skills are required.
